One aspect of my Hero is Muhammed Ali I could do great on him because i know so much about him.

One aspect of the hero project that I believe I will achieve is the research paper. I’m kind of familiar with this but not all the way. I have done one before but not five pages long. I know I can achieve it because I have I have pushed my self to do response to literature for humanities class.
ReplyDeleteI believe that I will struggle in the part of the monologue. I am not used to playing as someone else. But I know I need the grade. I will have to push myself to do it. I am not used to getting up in front of a large group of people and talking. Also I will struggle on getting the artwork together because I am not a big fan of art.
The aspect I will achieve on in my hero project is the parts were I have to play my character and tell the story at the same time. This is going to be difficult because I don’t know much about the hero I have so I have to do a lot of research. In addition I don’t like to get on stage and act because I am not very good at it.
ReplyDeleteThe part of the hero project that I am going to struggle on is the five-page research paper. The reason I am going to struggle on the five-page research paper is because I have never composed one or experiences some one composing one.
The Hero that I'm doing is Joe "Brown Bomer" Louis. I think that this famous person will be good because he is a great Heavy Weight Champion, I think that I would be very interested in him.

Now that we are doing the Hero's project I think that, I should start paying attention, no goofing off,following directions, and more.

ReplyDeleteI will do well of this part of the project. I would struggle to the monologue because it will be hard for me and I will be very nervous in front of all the 8th grade.
One aspect that my group has is the help integrate buses. Most of the people in Freedom riders were from college. The would ride the buses for a long trip just to help the cause. Most of the Freedom Riders were scared to do it but they were strong. They saw what happened on the buses but they still did it.
ReplyDeleteOne part of the Hero project I will struggle on is the presentation on stage. It will be very hard to do it in front of the hole eighth grade and then some. I am not use to presenting on stage . I will most likely get scared and probably freak out. That is going to the hardest part for me.
1. The aspect I believe I will achieve is the monologue. I like politics and my character was the first female to be apart of politics. It will be kind of hard to stay in character because I didn’t know what the era was like when Jeannette Rankin was alive. I don’t want to mess up and people will laugh at me, but I don’t think they will.
ReplyDelete2. I believe I will struggle on the research paper. I never wrote a research paper and I never wrote a paper that was five pages long. I’ve written a paper before that was three pages long. I have an interest in, Jeannette Rankin, the person I am researching. Learning more about her will make the paper easier to do. The paper will be very long but I will have persevere and do the five pages.
THE part of the hero project that i will be success on is the getting information part be i now a lot about my person there is an movie on my hero.my person name is Ernie Davis he was the first black Ncaa football player to get the Heisman trophy.Ernie Davis live in the times of the civil rights Movment. most of the people in his family did not go to college. most of his family did boycotts an went to church.

This is how I feel because I believe I really can persuade people to be interested in things. Once I give great details and outstanding information I believe that I can capture the readers attention and make them want to read about my hero. Also I know that I will do great on my research project. I know this because I have already found out some great things about my hero that I will defiantly use in my research essay. This is why I believe I will achieve success on my hero project.
ReplyDelete2. One part of the hero project that I believe I will struggle in is making it 5 PAGES LONG. I know finding more in formation is easy and I can do the persuasive essay practically with my eyes closed. Although those thing may seem easy to me I honestly know that I have never did something so long. Also I think that me trying to make the whole project perfect I will start to get frustrated and start to struggle. If imp going to do perfect on my project I will have to go through some struggle to get there.
One aspect of the Hero Project in which I will achieve success is in the essay. The essay is hard and people will struggle with it. I learned how to transition from paragraph to paragraph, that will be easy for me. Mr. Ebert taught me how to stay in the topic and not go from one topic to another topic that has nothing to do with the first topic. He even taught me how to use vocabulary words that will make my essay interesting for people to read and not get bored. The essay will be a little hard but at the same time easy because some of the students already know some little things about their Hero’s.
ReplyDeleteHowever, when the time comes to perform, it will be really hard for me. The stage frightens me. To perform on stage is not really my type of thing to do. When performing, I hope I don’t forget what I have to say or do. Doing so will be so embarrassing. I have to push myself in to doing these things because I will need to the grade. It will be a huge struggle for me to perform in front of all the 8th graders and some former students. If I practice and practice, I know I will get better and perform really good.

I don’t like talking in front of lots of people if it’s quiet. I will also be struggling because I have never done this in my life; the other thing I will be struggling on is the 5 pages. The one aspect that i know i would do good on is when I'm done doing all the research and putting all the work together, also I will be very exited on the project because of the person I'm doing it on. I think I chose a good person because is life is interesting and they way he changed boxing for the world. One part of my essay that will be a struggle is the 5 pages because towards the end I think the information will start to get boring. ReplyDeleteMy hero is Minnijean Brown reading and watching a play and knowing what she did being part of the first 9 students to integrate Central High School. I feel Comfortable writing about her an aspect about Minnijean that will be difficult is. There are not many books that talks about her and what happened to her after later in life. That is probably the only thing i could think of that i could struggle with.

ReplyDelete2. One of the hardest part of the Heroes project will first be the Monologue the first reason is because I have never wrote on of those before so that will be a new thing to me. The other part tat will be hard is acting like the character in front of the whole 8th graders because they all are staring at you and some of them will make a joke about you even if you make one mistake and then you be named for the rest of the school year.
One aspect of the "Hero Project" that I believe I will succeed in is collecting the facts about Roberto Clemente'. I think I will succeed in this because there are many places i can get facts from like movies internet libraries even some old articles.
ReplyDeleteOne part in which I believe I will struggle on the "hero project" is on the five pages part. I fear I will get close to the goal but not reach it exactly. I hope I can make the goal but if not I will make it as long and interesting as I possibly could.
I think that I will achieve success on the art component. I think I will achieve success because I am a good artist and for me is not challenging. I think that I will struggle on the monologue because I sometimes get stage fright. I am a good actor when I’m acting in front of my friends because I know that they will not care if I’m good or bad. But some times I get stage fright because I think that I will mess up and get a bad review.

ReplyDeleteI do believe I will struggle on the monologue. Standing up I front of a large group of people is not my best thing. I can be the best I can ever be at times but acting as Fannie Lou Marie will be difficult. I an never be as good as Ms. Fannie.
One aspect of this project is the persuasive essay about my hero. My hero is Malcolm X. The 5 page essay won't be that hard because my hero has a lot for me to talk about. My hero has done so many things to influence people on their lives. To help them out on the struggle parts.

I believe I will struggle because I might look into a crowd of people looking at me. As that crowd looks I might start to mumble on my words. If I try to memorize my speech I just might forget a part of it but I will try my best to memorize it.
One aspect of the hero project that will help me be successful in this project. I believe that the research on the hero will help me better because I really don't have information. Also I don't know any thing about him, about what he did or whats he's about. I believe that I will have struggle the monologue. I believe that have trouble with monologue because I get scared when present in front of a bunch of people. A second reason why I think I am going to mess up on the monologue is because fidget when I am nervous and I don't speak loud enough.

I only wrote a 3 page paper before but it was in Mr.ebert's class and it had nothing to do with research. The most part that I am going to struggle is standing in front of people that I know and feel persuaded(confident) about but the only problem is that I get scared when I am in Stage and probably I will faint probably I wont but I am not use to standing in stage in front of every one it gets me scarred and I get really nervous and plus they will deep stare at me waiting till I talk and perform that will be very hard for me but some day I will have to get use to it and just get over it. But the most important part for me about this project is my grade and how well I do and I will success in this project.

The way I am feeling now at this point I don’t think that I will pass third quarter if I do not act out my part. It is very hard and difficult. This is something that I need to work on brake out of my shyness but I can’t do it alone.
